OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
No returns or refunds are allowed, except for damaged prints. If the print is damaged upon arrival, send the photos of the package and the damaged print promptly and no later than 24 hours, and we will take care of sending it back to you at our expense. Prints not reported within 24 hours are not subject to refund or exchange.
Blub is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking shows that a shipment has been delivered and the customer has not received it, the customer will need to file a complaint directly with the carrier. No replacements will be made for lost or stolen packages.
Blub is not responsible for prints damaged during opening.
All customer service inquiries should be sent via WhatsApp or email and will be answered within 3 working days.
We pride ourselves on having a meagre damage rate. We pack your prints with great care and it is very unlikely that your print will be damaged in transit. However, we ask you to open the package carefully, as rough handling can cause damage.
